Machinery purchase went okay, but slow communication.

Needed a small excavator for the farm, found one for $35,000 on Heavy Thing. Winning the bid was easy, and the 30% deposit was processed quickly. Delivery of the machinery from Brisbane to my farm in Victoria was on schedule. The machine itself worked as expected, matching the report. My only gripe was that communication from the agent was a bit slow after the initial deposit, had to chase them up a couple of times.
